Love Is Blind Season 2 Update: A slew of fans are eagerly anticipating Season 2 of Netflix’s Love Is Blind, which is set to premiere in 2021, and speculations hint that the season may arrive sooner than we think. The Circle’s American adaptation paved the way for a deluge of compelling reality television content from Netflix in 2020.
Viewers from all around the world fell in love with the episode as they saw Lauren and Cameron fall in love, Amber and Barnett fall in love, and Jessica and Mark break apart. But it’s been a long time since the Love Is Blind series premiered on February 13, 2020, and fans are itching for more.
For the time being, these viewers have been following up with the lifestyles of the primary season 1 cast members.
Lauren and Cameron are constantly together, as are Amber and Barnett and Giannina and Damian. Jessica and Mark discover love independently, and Mark’s girlfriend is now pregnant as well. Regardless, both are looking forward to meeting potential contestants on the show and watching them go through the pod experience.
Love Is Blind Season 2: Release Date
As of this writing, there is no official release date for Love Is Blind Season 2. With that stated, various reports surfaced throughout the summer of 2020 claiming that the casting was taking place in Chicago, Illinois. Although shooting for the next season has concluded, COVID-19 limitations may have had an influence on overall production.
Still, Love Is Blind Season 2 is expected to premiere in early 2021, ideally in the first quarter of the year, but maybe in the first half. It’s no secret that Netflix is eager to promote its successful dating show, which is competing with shows like The Bachelor and Love Island.
However, there is still no word on whether candidates from both Chicago and New York would compete in the second season, or whether the NYC casting announcements were for the competition’s announced third season.
It’s also possible that the casting in NYC was only a test run, and that if the number of COVID-19 instances increased, the producers would abandon the project.
