Masters of the Air Updated: Mini-Series Masters of the Air: Filming began in Oxford for the mini-series produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. The shoot will take place over the course of a week, and actors have been found around Radcliff Square. Several automobiles were discovered parked in front of the Bodleian Library and on Catte Street.
