Pretty Smart, Netflix’s latest broadcast-network-style sitcom, premiered in early October 2021. Comedy is enhanced by the use of a laugh track, which was recorded in a regular family home.

Chelsea (Emily Osment) and her sister Claire (Olivia Macklin) migrate to Los Angeles when Chelsea’s boyfriend breaks up with her. Chelsea and Claire are polar opposites in every way. Chelsea’s coworker at Build, Claire’s ex-boyfriend Grant (Gregg Sulkin), and Jayden’s social media star girlfriend, Solana (Cinthya Carmona), are all featured in this season’s episode.

Two former Disney Channel stars feature in the first season of Pretty Smart (Osment and Sulkin). As of this writing, we know nothing about the Pretty Smart Season 2.

Netflix has not yet announced whether or not Pretty Smart Season 2 will receive a third season as of the end of January 2022. For Pretty Smart Season 2, there is no release date in sight, thus it’s impossible to know when production will begin.

The next batch of episodes Netflix may broadcast will be part of a second season, rather than a second instalment, as Netflix has also announced.

The first season of Pretty Smart was filmed entirely at Sunset Bronson Studios in Los Angeles. Seasons on Netflix are often divided into two parts, with the second half debuting many months after the first.

Netflix appears to refer to Pretty Smart as Season 1 rather than Part 1 of the series. There are a few things we need to know if Netflix decides to continue Pretty Smart: the episode order and the premiere date.

We don’t know which members of the Pretty Smart cast will be returning for Pretty Smart Season 2 because there hasn’t been a formal renewal announcement. Fans may fairly expect to see the same actors return for Pretty Smart Season 2 because there were no significant character exits or fatalities in the Season 1 finale.

Emily Osment, Gregg Sulkin, Olivia Macklin, Michael Hsu Rosen, and Cinthya Carmona are a few of the cast members. Kevin Miles, better known as Jake from State Farm, as Dave, Claire’s ex-boyfriend, and Geoff Ross, who plays Howard, may all make cameo appearances, as may Ming-Na Wen, who plays Jasmine’s mother.

Additionally, it’s possible that some of the unseen personnel may return. Dolgen and Doug Mand, who previously collaborated on Crazy Ex-Jack Girlfriend, are the show’s creators and executive producers. Kourtney Kang has executive produced three episodes of Pretty Smart and the premiere episode of How I Met Your Mother. Executive producer Pamela Fryman, who directed three episodes of Pretty Smart and the pilot, as well as most episodes of How I Met Your Mother, is on board.

It ended on a cliffhanger when Claire (Olivia Macklin) broke up with Dave (Kevin Miles) and started a relationship with Grant (Adam Wagner) (Gregg Sulkin). Chelsea (Emily Osment) runs into the room while they are kissing to make sure Claire is okay. She informs her sister that she has to discuss her desire to date Grant with her with her.

The outcome of this intricate love triangle is unknown. When Season 2 debuts, this will surely be the most talked-about topic. Osment told Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t know what will happen in Season 2.” “I’m eager to see what comes of it.”

While it is impossible to foretell what the show’s narrative would be like, it is possible that the series may be revived for a second season.
