Sweet Home Season 2 Review: Many Netflix members have been waiting for the second season of the K-drama Sweet Home since it was released in December of the previous year. Beyond the first season, the show left numerous cliffhangers.

Recently, rumors circulated that Sweet Home Season 2 of the horror series will begin filming in December 2021. Fans will be disappointed to discover that Netflix has not yet renewed the Korean drama for a second season. “Nothing has been made concrete concerning the production of [‘Sweet Home’] the second season,” the premiering behemoth said in response to the list, according to Soompi.

However, according to a recent report from the South Korean portal JTBC, Netflix has been hard at work preparing for Sweet Home’s second season.

Netflix has already stated that the actors and actresses for the upcoming sequence would be announced soon.

The newest information also suggests that the broadcasting behemoth has already planned to begin production on the second season of Sweet Home, with the K-drama set to premiere in 2022.

Despite the positive reaction, there is no official announcement of a second season for Sweet Home. However, Netflix takes a long time to revive a drama until they receive a positive review on the first season’s performance; as a result, we have had to wait long periods of time to get the drama back, as nearly the entire entertainment industry has been hampered by the widespread outbreak of the coronavirus.

Sweet Home Season 2 Cast

Sweet Home is based on Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-Naver Chan’s webtoon of the same name. Kit tells the story of Cha Hyun-soo, who has decided to move out of his house and into an apartment. After a brief period of success, giants strive to exterminate the whole human race. The residents of the flat are confined within the building, believing that giants are lurking outside. Hyun-soo and the surviving occupants huddle together within the building, hoping to live as long as they can.

If a second season of Sweet Home is released on Netflix, a large portion of the main cast will almost certainly return.
