The Challenge Season 36 Updates: Aneesa Ferreira, 39, is back in Double Agents, and she’s looking for her first win.

“There’s so much pressure when a woman gets older,” Aneesa told Hollywood Life EXCLUSIVELY.

It’s just different for us on TV, especially when it comes to a competitive show. I’m still looking for stuff to do. I don’t believe you’re meant to be a particular age and people assume you’re incapable of doing things. That is the most important factor for me.

But there’s a bigger reason for Aneesa to remain with The Challenge all these years: it matters now more than ever. “I want more women of colour in these programmes,” she confessed. This programme is fantastic since it features a diverse group of individuals of colour. I’d never seen anything like that before.

The Challenge Season 36: It came with all of the necessary representations. We discussed a lot of intriguing subjects, and I was delighted to be a part of it. I have to see these shows, period, just for the sake of representation.

As a seasoned veteran of The Challenge, Aneesa is well aware of the physical and mental toll that this rivalry can have. She was, though, even after appearing in Double Agents, which was recorded earlier this year in the midst of a coronavirus outbreak.

“This season has been so erratic,” she added. You never know what’s going on or what to anticipate. We were never able to get a handle on things and had no idea what was going on. It was going to alter the minute we believed we knew what was going on in the game. This one was a f*** mind from a psychological standpoint.

Furthermore, Aneesa promises that the programme will undoubtedly be involved in everything that is going on around the globe. She said, “This season is full of emotions.” I believe we have passed through a difficult period, with pandemics and the issue of Black Lives Matter.

I’ve been protesting, and I know several of my friends were on the show as well. It was a difficult moment for us, and going on the programme and hearing everyone’s personal tales and mental health issues was very difficult. There were a lot of tears in my eyes.

The Challenge Season 36: Double Agents begins on December 9 at 8:00 p.m. To MTV, of course. Wes Bergmann, Darrell Taylor, Nany Gonzalez, and other well-known actors are among the cast members.
