Tom Parker, The Wanted’s inaugural member, died on Wednesday after a protracted battle with a brain tumour. He turned 33 in 2003.
He “peacefully” departed early this morning, according to a post by Parker’s wife on Instagram, which has since been deleted. He died in 2020 after learning he had an incurable brain tumour.
Police have verified Tom’s death with “the saddest of hearts,” she stated. “Our hearts are broken,” one of us said. Tom’s enthusiasm and captivating grin have endeared him to us. Our lives wouldn’t be the same without him.

After that, he took guitar lessons as a kid and went on to audition for The X Factor. He was eliminated from the tournament in the first round.
His first band with Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes had a great deal of success when it was formed in 2009. In the UK alone, the band had ten top 10 singles, three top 10 albums, and sold 10 million copies worldwide.

It is tough to treat and usually deadly to suffer from glioblastoma, an aggressive cancer of the brain. A year before his death, Senator John McCain was diagnosed with glioblastoma.
Awful, Tom Parker responds. We don’t want your pain in order to spread the word about this terrible disease and locate all the possible cures. In the end, “we will win,” the person concludes. It’ll be a tough struggle, but we’ll prevail.
In January 2021, Tom Parker’s brain tumour had shrunk and he was responding well to treatment. The last time we heard from his wife, she said he was “progressing both physically and psychologically.” Then she said.
In February, she tweeted, “Your love and support have ignited a fire within him.”
As a result of Tom Parker’s death, many people throughout the world were shocked and saddened. “Wow, such a great person.” In an Instagram post, Ed Sheeran shared his thoughts.
