Uncle from Another World will have its anime premiere in the summer of 2022, according to Isekai Ojisan, who has already released a trailer. The Summer 2022 anime Isekai Ojisan has just published a new PV. This is the story of a middle-aged guy who wakes up after a nearly two-decade long sleep, also known as Uncle from Another World.
However, this comedy series differs from previous isekai tales in that it concentrates on the characters’ return to reality and the resulting chaos.
The series will be animated by Atelier Pontdarc, a new company most known for its work on the Ganbare Doki-chan ONA series. It’s also Shigeki Kawai’s first main role in a feature film as director. Although he’s worked his way up in the profession, he has served as an episode and animation director on Naruto Shippuden and as an animator on multiple Bleach films.
Who will be part of Isekai Ojisan’s voice Cast?
Uncle from Another World: Takehito Koyasu, well known for his role as Dio in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, lends his voice to Ojisan in the series’ voice cast. What is the Premise of the Isekai Ojisan anime: Uncle from Another World?
Ojisan, a middle-aged man who spent 17 years in an isekai realm, returns to Earth to find himself in a hospital bed. His family has disintegrated during the past ten years. It’s only his nephew Takafumi who shows up to wish him a happy birthday.
Uncle from Another World: While Ojisan has a talent of magic and a knowledge of a world beyond, he is considerably more interested in what he left behind. He’s more concerned about the future of his favourite video game company than it is about his own family and friends. In light of Sega’s demise, he believes that Earth’s fate will be just as harsh as the isekai world he was forced to live in.
Because of his plain appearance, Ojisan stood out in the world beyond among the elves and aristocrats. He tells Takafumi that he was labelled an orc and shunned by the community. A strange tsundere woman came to his rescue, but only after chastising him for his appearance.
Uncle from Another World: What is more important to Ojisan: reuniting with his family or finding the lady who saved his life after he left Earth? In a sense, yes. In this satirical series, Ojisan, with the aid of his nephew, learns about the modern world, complete with all of its newest gadgets and practises. Little things like hateful comments on his most recent videos or exorbitant shipping costs for new technology might irritate him.
Though he has returned to a world that is far less magical than the one he has lived in for the last decade and a half, Ojisan still manages to convert the ordinary into the amazing thanks to his magical abilities and a mind full of stories from the isekai world.
